Meet Dr. Michelle Sahr
Dr. Michelle is a small animal veterinarian who has called the Rockmill area home for over 20 years. She lives on a small farm in the Lancaster / Carroll, Ohio area with her husband, where they have enjoyed raising their children and many pets. They are often joined by their two young granddaughters, who love visiting and helping with farm chores like feeding the horses and chickens, mucking stalls and loving big and small pets alike.
Dr. Michelle completed her undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Additionally, she holds certifications through the Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy (CAETA) and Fear Free, both of which allow her to provide specialized care with empathy and skill.

While Dr. Sahr began Rockmill Mobile Veterinary Services to provide peaceful in-home euthanasia, her practice has since grown to include wellness care, minor illness and injury treatment, and supportive services for pets at every life stage. Whether helping a family welcome a new puppy or saying goodbye to a beloved companion, she brings the same calm, thoughtful approach to each visit; focused on reducing stress, building trust, and honoring the bond between pets and their people.
