General wellness and medical care are available within approximately 30 miles or 30 minutes of Lancaster, Ohio.
We may travel farther for in-home euthanasia and end-of-life care when scheduling permits.
Travel Fees:
0–10 miles: $35
11–25 miles: $55
26–30 miles: $75
Over 30 miles: Custom quote (euthanasia only)
Travel fees are charged per visit, not per pet. For locations beyond 35 miles, fees are quoted individually based on distance, driving time, and scheduling availability. Extended-distance visits are considered for in-home end-of-life care, and all fees are provided in advance.
Additional fees may apply for urgent, same-day, after-hours, or holiday appointments. These visits are available by approval only.

Monday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: Limited Availability by request
Sunday: CLOSED
General wellness and medical appointments are typically scheduled Wednesday through Friday, while Mondays and Tuesdays are primarily reserved for quality-of-life consultations and end-of-life care.
We understand that end-of-life needs don't always arise during regular business hours. While appointments are typically scheduled in advance, we do our best to accommodate urgent and time-sensitive requests whenever possible. Availability and response times cannot be guaranteed, particularly during evenings, weekends, and holidays, and additional fees may apply.
As an appointment-based mobile practice, scheduling depends on the type of visit, location, and urgency of your pet's needs. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible, particularly for visits outside our regular service area.
We do not provide emergency care or overnight services. If you feel that your pet needs immediate attention, please call or visit your nearest Veterinary Urgent Care or Emergency Veterinary Hospital. Contact information for nearby facilities is listed below.
