Need a Refill?

If you’re a current client and need a medication refill, we’re happy to help!

 

You can request refills in one of two ways:

 

  • Through the PetCare Client Portal (fastest option) - just click the button below

  • Or call/text us at (740) 503-2067

 

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for refill processing.

 

If your pet is due for a recheck or monitoring labs, we may reach out before approving the request.
