Book Your Appointment

You can request an appointment by using the options and button below.

Scheduling varies based on the type of visit and urgency. We do our best to accommodate both planned and time-sensitive needs as availability allows. ​

After booking, we’ll follow up to confirm and send any required forms.

 

Online booking is limited to 2 pets per visit. If you need care for more than 2 pets, please call or text us so we can best accommodate your needs.​

​

Appointments are scheduled in time windows (like 3–4 PM) and confirmed based on location and route. For same-day or urgent requests, we’ll do our best to accommodate, though an emergency fee may apply.

​

General wellness and medical care are offered within 30 minutes or 30 miles of Lancaster, Ohio. We’re able to travel farther for in-home euthanasia appointments when possible.

​

We do not provide emergency care or overnight services. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please contact a local emergency veterinary hospital. You can find a list of nearby options here.

Scheduling Note:

​

New patient exams, wellness/preventative care, and sick pet visits are scheduled Wednesday through Saturday only.

 

In-home euthanasia, quality of life consultations, and deceased pet pickup may be scheduled during any available time, including days outside of general appointment hours.

​​​Appointment Types:

  • New Patient Appointment ($95.00 deposit)

    • For first-time clients (well or sick visits). This appointment includes additional time for history and records review.

    • If we have not seen your pet previously, please select this option when booking (unless scheduling an in-home euthanasia visit).

    • New patient appointments are offered Wednesday through Saturday only. Please select one of these days when booking. Requests submitted for other days may need to be rescheduled.

    • A $95 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as these extended appointment times are difficult to fill on short notice.

    Wellness/Preventative Care (established patient) 

    • Available Wednesday through Saturday only. Please select one of these days when booking.

    • Routine care for established patients, including physical exams, vaccinations, screening labwork, and preventive health discussions.

  • Sick Pet (established patient)

    • Available Wednesday through Saturday only. Please select one of these days when booking.

    • For established patients who are unwell, injured, or showing new symptoms. Includes exam and evaluation, with treatment recommendations based on findings.

  • In-Home Euthanasia

    • Compassionate, peaceful in-home euthanasia services to help your pet pass comfortably in familiar surroundings..

  • Quality of Life Consultation

    • Not sure if it’s time? We’ll assess your pet’s comfort and help guide you through the decision.

  • Deceased Pet Pickup

    • For pets who have already passed. We’ll respectfully transport your pet and coordinate cremation based on your preferences.

If possible, please include a brief description of your pet’s needs in the “Special Requests” section (e.g., “annual vaccines,” “limping,” or “end-of-life visit”).​​
