Online booking is limited to 2 pets per visit. If you need care for more than 2 pets, please call us so we can best accommodate your needs.

**This is an appointment-based service. Whenever possible, please schedule at least 1–2 days in advance.

Appointments are scheduled in time windows (like 3–4 PM) and confirmed based on location and route. For same-day or urgent requests, we’ll do our best to accommodate, though an emergency fee may apply.

General wellness and medical care are offered within 35 miles of Lancaster, Ohio. We’re happy to travel farther for in-home euthanasia appointments when possible.

**Please note, we do NOT provide emergency care or overnight services. If you are experiencing an emergency with your pet, please visit one of the local emergency facilities.

Scheduling Note:

We currently schedule new patient exams, wellness/preventative care, and sick pet visits on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays only.

In-home euthanasia, quality of life consultations, and deceased pet pickup may be scheduled during any available appointment time, including other days of the week.

Appointment Types:

New Patient Appointment ($95.00 deposit)
- (**Please ONLY Schedule for Wed., Thurs., Fri., or Sat.**)
- First-time visit for new clients (well or sick pets). Includes extra time for history and records review.
- If we have not seen your pet previously, please use this appointment type when booking (unless booking in-home euthanasia).
- Please note that new patient appointment deposits are nonrefundable if cancelled less than 48 hours in advance since it is unlikely we can fill the appointment slot on such short notice.
Wellness/Preventative Care

- Routine check-ups, vaccines, and labwork for healthy pets.
Sick Pet
- (**Please ONLY Schedule for Wed., Thurs., Fri., or Sat.**)
- For pets who are unwell, injured, or showing new symptoms.
In-Home Euthanasia
- Compassionate, peaceful end-of-life care in your home.
Quality of Life Consultation
- Not sure if it’s time? We’ll assess your pet’s comfort and help guide your decision.
Deceased Pet Pickup
- For pets who have already passed. We’ll respectfully pick up your pet and coordinate cremation based on your preferences.

When Booking:

If possible, please include a very brief description of what your pet needs in the “Special Requests” section of the form (e.g., “annual vaccines,” “limping,” or “end-of-life visit”).
