Kip: Surrounded by Stuffies and So Much Love

When Kip’s family sent us photos after our visit, they didn’t just send a few snapshots. They shared a collection of memories spanning years of adventures, celebrations, quiet moments at home, and the people and pets who loved him most. Looking through them felt like being introduced to the full story of a very special dog.

One thing became immediately clear upon meeting him: Kip adored his stuffies. Whether he was carrying them, sleeping with them, or surrounding himself with them, they seemed to be a constant part of his life and a source of comfort right up until the end.

His family shared these words with us:

“Kip was a true gift every day we had him. He was the perfect boy from the day we got him to his last day. He loved playing ball, his stuffies, swimming at the lake, boating, and cheese…but above all else he loved his nightly chicken treats from Trader Joe’s. Kip is so very loved.”

Looking through the photographs they shared, it’s easy to see exactly what they mean. Kip’s life was filled with love, companionship, adventure, and countless moments that mattered.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of Kip’s final chapter and for sharing so many wonderful memories of the life you built together. He was clearly cherished every day he was here.
