Buckeye’s Second Chance at Family

Some pets come into our lives quietly and somehow fill the space as if they’d always been there. Buckeye arrived as a grown dog with a past, but he made it clear from the start that family was exactly where he belonged. His people didn’t just rescue him - he chose them, settled in, and spent the rest of his years doing what he loved most: being with his pack.

“Buckeye rescued us 8/2/2018 when he was 6 years old. He fit right in with his three lab siblings that we already had. He’s the sweetest dog ever! He loved car and boat rides and spending time outdoors with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed. Now he is reunited with his brother Magnus who passed away 3 months ago. Love you buddy. You will be forever missed!”
